Skip Noe and City Secretary Armando Chapa are leading the city staff and duping the City Council into a number of projects that are in direct contravention to the wishes of the citizens. The various projects that are imposed on the people include the TRT theft of our bay front, the theft of our open beaches, and the theft of democracy in general.
